Dear fellow SCI Members, You are cordially invited to the premiere of music I was commissioned to write for the gala 10th Anniversary celebration of The Paramount Chamber Players.

The Spencer-Miller Memorial Concert SeriesSinking Spring Presbyterian Church, Abingdon, VA
The Paramount Chamber Players will celebrate its first ten years with the commission of Second Sight, a new work based on the poetry of the late Dr. SamMiller of Abingdon, VA, set to music by three areacomposers: Ann Holler of Bristol, Evelyn Pursley-Kopitzke of Blountville and Kenton Coe of Johnson City.
In the second half of our American celebration, we will present some of the most popular American musicwritten and especially arranged for the ensemble: the Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin and anAmerican Musical Theater Medley sung by Mark OwenDavis. It will be a grand and joyful musical celebration. Appearing in this performance will be all twelve pastand present Players plus guest artist Rachel Barker,soprano from Bristol.
