Subject: combining PDFs
Hey, I just discovered (with my son's help) how to do that for a project last week -- this was on Mac. Here's how.
Open each separate document you want to combine.
If sidebar panel is not showing for thumbnails, press on "Sidebar" button just to the left of the Search panel in upper right corner.
If thumbnails are not showing in the sidebar, press the little down arrow button at the bottom of the sidebar (it is about a quarter of the distance from the left edge of the sidebar to the right edge) till "thumbnail" is checked and they appear in the sidebar. [...]
