Subject: combining PDFs
It depends on the program you use, but your program should have a feature for combining files that lets you choose which files and even pages from within those files to combine into a new file.
If you have something like SodaPDF <http://sodapdf.com/>, it will be under the "create" menu, labeled "combine files".
