Subject: Neo-Romantic Composers' Facebook Group
Dear SCI Members:
Following up on our conversation, it occurred to me that a Facebook Group for Neo-Romantic composers might be of value to some of us. I cannot find one on Facebook. If any of you know of one, would you please share with me what it’s called (e-mail me at perttude at westminster.edu)<mailto:perttude at westminster.edu)>.
If one does not exist, would anyone who is interested please e-mail me and let me know if you are interested?
Its purpose would be to provide mutual critique, support, exchange of ideas pertaining to neo-romanticism in this current age, and to share thoughts on which competitions/opportunities are worthwhile for neo-romantic composers to pursue vs. which are not. Its purpose would also be to network with performers who like neo-romantic music.
