Subject: Tenor Sax Concerto Premiere
Hello Colleagues,
If you are in the Albany/Schenectady region of New York Sunday I hope you'll come check out the premiere of my new concerto for tenor saxophone and wind ensemble, Making the Darkness Conscious. Jonathan Hulting-Cohen, sax professor at U-Mass, Amherst will be performing with the Capital Region Wind Ensemble under my baton.
As if one premier wasn't enough, Jonathan will also be performing Dylan Arthur Baker's Fire Caper!
The performance is at 3:00 in the Taylor Auditorium on the Campus of Schenectady County Community College, School of Music (78 Washington Ave. [...]
