If you happen to be near Madison, WI, on Saturday, April 8, I invite you to the University of Wisconsin Russian Folk Orchestra's 20th anniversary concert, which will include the world premiere of my piece *Polar Night*. Free admission. Details here: http://russorch.wisc.edu/20th.html
We are one of a handful of Russian folk instrument orchestras in North America, and the only one affiliated with a major US university. The concert will feature traditional tunes from Southern and Eastern Europe, as well as works by Russian, Ukrainian, and American composers. [...]
