We have several assistantships available for students seeking a MM in composition next year. Assistants will be assigned to work with faculty tutoring written music theory, aural music theory, or computer music. Administrative positions are also available.
Longy is a small conservatory located a few blocks from Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA. Composition majors regularly have their music read and performed by Boston based new music ensembles as well as school ensembles like the Longy Conservatory Orchestra. [...]
