Glad to hear that UCLA is on your list! You'll be glad to hear that you're mistaken, however, about scholarships. UCLA does offer scholarships for international students; they're usually comparable in $$ to those offered to domestic (American) students, but there are additional fees for non-California residents. So...international students and non-California residents are in the same boat.
