Subject: Saxophone works at Mansfield University
Hi! For those of you near Mansfield, PA, I will have two works on the Mansfield University Saxophone Studio's upcoming recital: Academia I: π (for alto and fixed electronics) and Black Waters (quartet). The recital will feature music by all African-American composers, and I will participate in a panel discussion with fellow composers TJ Anderson, David Hurd, Jeffrey Mumford, and Gary Powell Nash.
The panel discussion takes place at 4PM and the recital takes place at 7PM in the Steadman Theatre. The event is free and open to the public!
