Subject: The nature of publishing today?
Greetings SCI community!
I am on a committee in the Department of Music and Dance at the University of Vermont to update guidelines used for the annual evaluation of faculty members. The question about music composition publishing has come up and I would appreciate words of wisdom on this (so that I am not relying solely on my own experiences). Could you let me know the present day practices and expectations for publishing new compositions?
