Subject: Youtube selling my music
Additional info: the works of mine that are posted on YouTube in this way are from CDs released by Albany Records and others. The licensing agreement that Orchard Enterprises has is with these record companies (apparently), who do own the copyright to the recording (I think). The question I've asked Albany is about the legality of their agreement with Orchard as it is nothing I ever agreed to, and where any money will go between Orchard, the record label, performers and composers. As far as know, the performers and composers on these CDs were not included in or informed of this deal. [...]
