Subject: Verdant Vibes Call for Scores — submit online by Sept 6
Hi all,
Verdant Vibes is seeking recently composed scores from Rhode Island-based/native composers to perform on its inaugural concert season beginning December 2015. Concerts will take place at Aurora and Southside Cultural Center in Providence, featuring the Verdant Vibes Ensemble along with special guest performers from the local experimental, electronic, and new music scenes.
Pieces may be up to 15 minutes in duration, scored for one or more of the following instruments: clarinet/bass clarinet (1 player), violin, viola, cello, double bass, percussion, piano, and electric guitar, electronics, and/or multimedia. The addition of one or two other instruments may be possible; please contact info at verdantvibes.com with specific questions.
Composers may submit up to three works via links to scores in PDF format and streaming recordings (MIDI ok, please make sure link does not expire before October 1). Please do not send submission materials via email. *Complete the online submission form by Sept. 6, 2015 at verdantvibes.com

Composers will be notified of results by October 1. Parts (printed or PDF) for selected works must be received by October 15.
