Subject: Notation for commission
Commission notices generally go ABOVE the main title on the first page of music, optional with parts though usually included as a courtesy. If there is an instrumentation or program notes page, details of the commission may be repeated or expanded and information about the premiere performance(s) should also be included there, even if retroactive.
